Payment Information
When sending payment via Zelle, Apple Pay, or Cash App, please do not include product names, medication names, or references to injections in the payment note, as this may delay or interrupt payment processing.
Please include only your name in the payment note.
Once your payment has been received and verified, your order will be prepared for shipment.
Orders ship no later than the next business day after payment verification has been completed.
All products sold by Kupri Labs are strictly for laboratory and research purposes only. Not for human or animal use.
Access is strictly limited to individuals 21 years of age or older.
Due to the nature of research products and quality-control requirements, Kupri Labs does not accept returns of opened, used, or delivered products.
If you receive a damaged item or incorrect order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
• Order number
• Photos of the issue
• Description of the problem
We will review the issue and work toward a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays may occur outside our control. If your package appears lost, contact us and we will assist in investigating with the carrier.
Refunds may be considered for:
• Orders canceled before shipment
• Orders that cannot be fulfilled
• Verified shipping or fulfillment errors
